Hello dear Entropians,

I am playing several years now and I collected ~30 Female UL armor sets (rare sets, SGA sets, etc) and I would like to create some armor exposition to share them with all of You. By this thread I would like to ask any one of You for an assist :) .

I have only a small appartment at Treasure Island where it is impossible to show them all so if anyone knows anything about any place or have any other idea, it would be great...

So please comment this thread and we can meet ingame for example and discuss it bit more ^^

Looking forward for your ideas and support

Do you own a set of expedition armor? I have a set without footguards that I would be willing to sell if you're interested in adding it to your collection :)

I don't have it but is it a F set? I just edited the post and added one important word, I am collecting only F sets... But in case of the Museum, I will start collecting M ones too maybe :D

Good luck Jasmina! It's funny how time goes fast and how many armor sets were you able to collect already :)

I am ok to help somehow, maybe by sponsoring some manequin pads lol, but dunno about any bigger estate then normal sized flats.

Hopefully someone here on forum might be able.

George, hangars are quite big no? How many items can go there and what would be a price for one? You can just pm me :)

Hangar and castle both have enough points to accommodate an armour museum. However, I'm not selling any of mine, sorry.

Normally I'd be happy to help out with the museum but don't want to tie down my peds in such a large collateral as 30 armours.

Perhaps Ma/caly devs can help out?

Contacted George, but apparently, he needs all 15 hangars :D

Go and search medical assistance, sorry.. But that's already an illness :D

And yeah, would be cool from MA to help here :) I remember old galeries in New Oxford, that was really cool :)

Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate your wish to help a lot! On the other hand I do not want You to have large expenses or to put a big effort to it...
I trust that we will find a way together to have it in place one day, so no rush for now I think :).

Another idea came to my mind, maybe if anyone has appartments next to each other at for example TI in same building and on same level, that should work, what do you think guys?

I think a couple of small apartments would work if someone isn't asking too much for them but may take time to find the right seller with 2 on same floor/building. Then used wall displays or shelves to display them.
 
Back in the days when the Universe was just a Project, rocks were still soft, PEDS showed up in loot, and VU's were single digit, such a museum existed in one of those very pretty houses at Minopolis that went away.

This I already discussed with my socmate and at this point it seems only possibility...
I was also thinking of for example castle, but as there is only few of them, I think, it will be almost impossible to obtain one of it.:eyecrazy:

I still can try to bother some pple ingame but not happy of it :wise:

Wasn't that Stars house?
I remember when I joined EU, I met a guy (knew nothing about ho is he) and he showed me his armors in houses like in Minopolis and it was Jenna Star Mercury, maybe it was his project :D.
What do you think, can you please try to remember the name of the owner?

There are some large apartments on Ark which can be got for about 2000 ped or so. Other than that, a hanger would have more than enough space.
 
If a suitable venue is found I might be interested in addressing my odd two dozen M armours to the collection...

Good point, thought about it already but did not find enough yet and as I count their price and amount I would need it for all those sets decided to use display shelves or so. Depends what I get...

If anyone is willing to help me anyhow, would be great.

My point was actualy to do it on Calypso, but still I can check for that, thanks for tip, planning some mission there anyway.
About the hangar I already tried, but no succes, maybe you can try ask someone if you know about such a place and owner.

For everyone, I will be glad if you can provide me with names of players who can I speak to about such a resience (hangar, castle, large house, etc.)

As I have only 2 M Pixie parts at all from M sets they would be the 1st of whole M collection with a proper special thank.

Sorry, but I really don't. Searching here *may* reveal more about it, much like the Wildlife museum that used to be located in the RDI building at Port Atlantis some 10 years ago...

Some of the banks have quite large-ish rooms.

If space is an issue one option would be to host an X week temporary exhibition and rotate through the armour sets over that time. Post a schedule ahead of time with what sets will be on display each week.

Most people who want to see the armours would make the effort to go during the temporary exhibition, especially knowing that it is not permanent.


Good luck with your museum, this is a brilliant idea.
