anyone else having this problem today ?

I Believe there was an update earlier today ( tuesday )

try running the game as administrator.

already tried that : (

No problems for me.

I've been having this exact same problem since October last year and haven't been playing. My support case since december last year is still open

hello EU support. My account name is Joko Komodo Sukijo. I usually play on planet Arkadia. I deleted and reinstalled the game using the latest internet explorer as recommended.

I tried the methods (complete reinstall, remove old installation folder, changing installation folder to a brand new folder, not changing planets folder from the auto recommended one, running from shortcut on desktop, not using administration privilege, making sure all folders involved I have read/write access) and still not working, and getting the same error message
