I'm interested to acquire an OLA dedicated to mining .

Expected information from the seller:

  • Location of the OLA
  • Location of the nearest TP
  • Resume of the 3 last months income

Buying price
The price that I am ready to pay for a OLA will be mainly dependent of the last 3 months income.
Remark, dont make me an offer if according the 3 last months income the ROI of your LA is smaller than ROI of a CLD/AUD


I can pay pure PED or trade against AUDs according Seller preferences

Be careful of la owners inflating the income with events look at 6months 12 months.
