That's ridiculous... No one owns Mars... How can you sell it? You can't. Might as well tax NASA since their Mars rover is on it...

I'm surprised mindark hasn't started putting asteroids in space and then having naming rights as rewards. Or naming rights as being able to purchase

Its not quite a scam actually, but a little bit of craftiness is involved though.

On the surface, they are selling you an acre of Mars, but technically, you are just buying from them an assortment of novel items (as shown below).
