Do the moderators check the support cases from EL?

I want my avatar name changed, but I get the feeling no one is checking up on the open tickets so I'm requesting it here.

My new name is posted in the support ticket. Thank you.

same issue here, i changed my entropia name back in january. I would love to merge EL accounts but get no response from them at all.
 
The support guys from the third world country answering service are busy programming Compets back shortly er in a month or two after they get to bugs from Android Auction app maybe. Or not

You are a tiny bit confused. She was talking about Entropia Life, not Entropia Universe.
