Selling: Isle of Troy # 10 40x40 Land Plot

Isle of Troy Waterfront #10 have 1600 estate area owned by Grandmaster Skullous Slayer
the other one is Heights #10 owned by Ernest Bilko Sgt with 800 estate area.

I guess your plot is the waterfront ?
 
To me 14k for a plot that was given for "free" and that will cost several thousand PED to develop is just too expensive. Also only 1/10 of the CLD's has been used. There will be plenty of new plots in the future. And as the amount of CLD's available diminishes, less CLD's will be needed to claim a larger plot. I offer 4k for it, if that ever becomes of interested. :)

They weren't free, there were composite planks required to claim the plot. 3000 for this one.
 
I also priced this one at 14k because you can see by my numbers that it is competitively priced against the cost of claiming one on your own. At least as prices are now which the past two times plots have comes out board prices soAR over 400%.
