I've been a 3-4 years away from this game and now i;m back on it
In most of the streaming crafting videos on the internet and in my personal results i see that less than 50% returns (except in the videos and forum comercial spams wich is the marketing for getting new victims in the game)

As i sow lately most of the players switched on Explosives because they get whatever amount on 100% from TT and sell the result imediately also on TT

So since the game economy is based on "who the hell is gonna buy it" isn't this afecting hunting and mining in that manner that they will sell the loot also on TT? if so , where is the "Real market system bla bla" ?
Or MA get some few operators in this game just to buy some 104% materials time to time?

So my question is .. how fake is this? or is only me who see it this way?

You are not asking a sincere guestion, you want a confirmation to the conspiracy theory. Any data that doesn't confirm will be discarded as a fake commercial.
So, yeah, 9/11 attack on the WTC was organized by CIA/Mossad and the government is controlled by the aliens. You got it all figured out! :smoke:

No there are a lot of people that don't care about facts, you're not the only one

I'm currently at a 98% tt return and am both selling and buying stuff over 104% from time to time :)

Maybe the crafting samples are too small, if 50% were the new standard nobody would craft anymore.

Yes people do craft explosives, yes hunting loots, ores, crafting residue and some crafted items became cheaper as the result.

The people still craft, mine and hunt according to their spending money like they always did and rumours are that some people still doing well and break even, profit or are creative enough to substain themself. Yes it is also true some people stopped and left because they didn't want to adapt. In the old system it was also hard to profit and it still is so nothing really changed for the most people. Hunters have now access to buffs that will improve their TT return on hunting loot if they cycle enough peds to make the buffs worth using. Crafters can craft cheaper and chase that ath.

I dont see any conspiracy here :scratch2:

Nah .. the old school players indeed , stay and will stay on this game because they invested to much time and money
But i dont see how a noob will keep enjoying this when on whatever you do is just lose
Maybe on a long term indeed you may cover a part of loseing, maybe you hit a global .. but still get you nowhere.
So getting good at it makaing you lose less :)

Noob here.

Still making profit as described here.

It's mostly about knowing what to do; if you play smart, you can make profit or at least break even at any level.

By crafting blueprints that have a maximum quality rating and that i have maxed in skills also.
also very important: don't craft explosive ammo I on quantity that will wreck your results.

Oh my, another less than 50% tt returns bullshi*t.

And yes, every SINGLE log here is paid off by MA lol, and every SINGLE log here is an actual conspiracy by MA.

Tin foil issues much??????

why do i see u evrywhere spammin bullshit?

I'm consistently profiting in crafting non-explosives for around 4 years. The last time I had a monthly loss was April 2013.

My secret is to have a solid business model that includes selling what people want to buy and pricing items based on long term cost to craft. Nothing that I craft goes to TT. None of the materials come from the TT.

Crafting EP2 for Monria dailies, I craft on Condition and it takes a ton of clicks to get 500 success.

~100k PED circulated, ~500 000 clicks, ~99% TT return, not counting all the recepies I got. Selling all my L recepies would yield over 100% return.

Maybe learn to track your crafting. If you buy 1000 PED materials and get 1000 clicks, then click 1000 times, you get tons of materials back, you then stop and check your return, but instead many people click until there are no more clicks left and think there is 50% return. Same with hunting.

Learn to math, then post.

To all the people that play smart & profit:

- If you profit, that means someone is losing because they have a shitty playstyle or dont understand much about the game.
- If they start playing smart, there needs to be another person that starts losing so both can profit, OR the one that profited will have LESS profit, or no profit at all

Its a PvP game, eventough some people think they are playing against Mindark. Helping someone profit reduces your profits.

Just sayin...

No matter how much you spend and whatever your sample size, you cannot possibly state accurately if you're getting screwed unless you do at least 10X more than than you did. You should probably just sign your house over to MindArk.

Too lazy to read the posts where actual players provide actual data?
No need to go far just scroll up, this thread has several. Even more in other threads.
But those don't confirm your point of view so they don't exist or must be fake. Reminds me the US election campaign. Who cares about facts!

You are 100% correct. Luckily there is no shortage of gamblers / casual players in Entropia!

And there are some things that fall outside this equation. Such as the "misc" professions (tailoring, texturing), or the "services" (healing, warp flights, etc); or owning land areas / event management. These things all provide some level of intangible service-oriented benefit to the community while creating opportunities for profit. Is this enough for a healthy economy? Nope, but it's something.

Product-oriented professions such as hunting/mining/crafting are fiercely competitive due to oversupply and lack of demand. Things can only get worse if Mindark continues with their "Fuck EU, we love Pokemon" development strategy.
