Ok, so I have no idea where to post this, and I've tried contacting support, but I get the same automatic answer.
I've tried to re-activate my acoount several times, and I get the message that re-activation was successful. But when I try to log in I get "Unidentified 'username' or 'password'. I've tried to send an e-mail to support but get tis message: Hi ,
Since you have an Entropia Universe account, we kindly ask you to send us a support case via https://account.entropiauniverse.com/support.
But that's my problem, the login fail, so I can not submit anything other then sending an e-mail, which leaves me with this answer every time
Anyone else that has experienced this and maybe have a solution?
