High traffic location, Almost got sales everyday. With the right product, advertising, pricing, it's easy to bring in people.
Upgraded 40 points into shop for a total of 100.
Asking for 20k - Also 3 shopkeepers can be sold separately after shop sells or a combo package. asking for +2000 for each. if bought with store, i can do +1500 on each shopkeeper w/store
