yesterday it worked perectly for me but today no ocr at all :(

Changelog(Major changes on loot recognition)
The application doesn't ask anymore the user to press p in order to start loot recognition. This means that isn't possible anymore to track stats per mob killed. From now and then the basic unit for hunting stats is the minute.
As side effect now the tool could count loots that aren't related with your hunting activity(mining loot, refining products, etc). For this reason i have added an option to delete unwanted loot counts.
Now is possible to kill several mobs and then loot them, also game delay to display some loots doesn't affects loot counting.

For those who still loot count doesn't work it seems that installing this(the x86 version) is very helpful(Thanks Nexxt):

This weekend i am planning to add the ability to delete unwanted sessions+to modify manually the counted loot items(name and value).

Just uploaded a new version that gives the ability to correct loot items name + to delete "unwanted" sessions.
Both actions are permanent(Recover isn't possible)
 
the last version with the "p" button was better, now it doesnt recocgnize all loot and sometimes it get me a 0 ped loot.

I have made a lot of runs with the new version and didn't notice missing loot but I will keep doing tests. Note that there is a one minute delay before loot counts displayed. Anyway this is the first attempt so there is room for future improvements.
 
A new patch is available trying to minimize hunting costs and loot count delay

Back to per mob count stats and loot. No action required to trigger kill event/loot recognition.
Resolves a major issue resulting un-tracked loot.

If you want to test/debug loot ocr procedure please enable "Loot OCR Proc" under settings, as result application will generate some files under folder "{Documents}\EntropiaRTC". Here you can find bmp files with screenshots taken and the resulted OCR text. Also using the bmp images you could optimize sticky note placement.

Don't leave this setting always on as it generates a lot of files, use only for test/debug/optimize purposes.

Please try the last version, you were right about the missing loot. I rollback to per mod counting stats and loot but without "p" button need + fixed an issue with missing loot count.

Do you receive this every time or it happened once?
 
It happens every time, and i installed the MS visual C++ redistributables.
I got them installed from 2005 till 2015 (both x64 and x86)

Functions as the voice over if globals/hof appear and if there is no loot, are voiced out by the auto voice.
Tracking of loot does not occur as the log produces these errors.
 
Do the game run in non windowed mode?
If yes try windowed please.

altho the overlay window is quite huge somehow.
 
New issue, at some point the over lay stops updating itself.
Also it seems when killing mobs very fast (puny mobs), not all loot is registered.

I can't find a reason not counting loots on punny mobs but never tested personally.
 
A reminder that putting a sticky note on the area where loot items appear heavily improves loot count. See pic below:

Loot OCR window height increased from 350 px to 400px.
Critical hits rate is now is calculated based on succeeded shoots excluding mob evades and misses.
It is now able to pause loot recognition and hunting stats count.

Has there been a resolution found to the loot from some mobs shows 0.00,for example ammo might be less than a pec worth.

Is there a way for this to also be recorded?
 
Oh, additional to the previous post about loots that Entropia display as 0.00, I found out why it was causing the stuttering on my PC...


I had my OneView account syncing my Documents folder, within which my Entropia Chat log is kept.
As such, when it was reading from chatlog (500GB SSD), it was actually having to get it from my OneDrive.

I am stopping sharing the Documents folder now to see if this cures it...
 
In game overlay doesn't work anymore on machines updated with Windows 10 creators update.

If you have updated your PC with Creators update please disable in game overlay(from application settings) as doesn't offer any functionality till fixed.
