I got the infamous "Error 72" a few months back. I swapped batteries twice, no dice. I cleaned the card over and over, no dice. I sent a support case. I then received the message that they would send me a new one. A month later I receive the new one in the mail. I try to generate a code, and I receive "Error 72" with the new card and new card reader. I try the old card in the new card reader, "Error 72". I try the new card in the old card reader, "Error 72".
What am I doing wrong?
