No Halloween gift for Calypsians in 2016?

Absolutely pathetic.
So after many years of showing your appreciation to your users (that pay your salaries and keep you in business) by way of little holiday gifts you have completely walked away from it without any notice in favor of cramming those god forsaken supply crates down our throats. BUY! BUY! BUY!
Seriously, you can't get 1 guy to spend a couple hours putting in some little FREE Halloween gifts? Hell they don't even have to be new items just release some of the old limited ones again. More champagnes, broom sticks, big pumpkin creature controls...etc. How hard is that? And how hard is it to release the dam things ON TIME. It's not like it's some big surprise that these holidays happen each year. You didn't skip a beat getting those friggin Halloween boxes in the store on time - but the token of appreciation no no... we're all just walking wallets that should feel lucky that you even CONSIDERED giving out gifts in previous years, right?
Of course, part of me still clings to the glimmer of hope that they will still provide Halloween gifts but at this point they are so late it would be nothing more than a token after thought on their part and only if enough people bitch about it I'm sure. Halloween gifts should have come out a month ago at the same time as the boxes, no reason they shouldn't have. Giving people plenty of time to show them off and play with them while it was still appropriate to decorate for Halloween.
...Meanwhile here we are half way through November with no gifts but the Halloween boxes are still for sale - pretty obviously where their priorities are.
And that's why a big part of me thinks they are just going to let it pass by if the majority of people aren't going to say anything (wonder how they will handle XMAS). And with that I have to say what has this game become?
Every day it seems the staff care less and less while EU becomes more and more of a soulless casino. Just click click click those EP's for the massive jackpot... Just click click click those supply crates for the unique ring jackpot... Holiday gifts? HELL no... just buy buy buy those boxes and click click click your peds away!!! Community contest? Fine - everyone spend dozens of hours making mob maps for us and we'll pick the top 3 and give them $5 worth of items. Everyone else well guess you just wasted your time for nothing. Could have just hired a freelancer for $5/hour to do the job but no no... let's get the community working for free with the vast majority just wasting their time instead and call it a contest - good play.
I know I sound bitter about all this. But it upsets me so much because I really loved this game and it was all the small touches that made it great but it's things like this that make the game hard to love any longer.
Entropia needs a rebirth in the worst way.

the devs dont care anymore and well.. the support never really cared but that is getting worse as well.
ive had 2 unreachable claims that i got with lvl 13 amps so both were small globals. i asked the support what i should do about it and i got an answer after 4 hours saying that i should let them expire and ask them again (refresh the case). i did it a few hours after they got expired. that was around 3 weeks ago. a few days ago (after several times refreshing the case) i got the exact same autobot answer again to tell me to let em expire. i mean wtf is wrong with them? are they too fucking stupid to read a fucking support case? is it that hard ti spend 30 seconds to just put the stuff that should belong to me in my inventory? is too much to ask for them to respond in a timely manner and not after weeks (or more than often months) of waiting time for them to fix something that literally takes a few seconds to do?
