Question: Bombardo Flakes

Hi folks. It's been a few years since I've been around properly and lots of things have changed. I was a pretty good crafter in my time but now I find myself at a loss for some materials ...

Anyhow, can someone please tell me how I can come across bombardo flakes? Things I have tried include:

1. Scouring auction
2. Asking in game
3. Combining bombardo and angelic flakes in the refiner

Any help appreciated.

Ah Ok I stand corrected, Bombardo Flakes doesn't show in orders yet though, so that doesn't work as I imagined
