On one hand: those who have it will rather never want to sell it (unless quiting and withdrawing).
On the other hand: scope gives only +2% crit rate single buff. Compare this to Summer Ring 2016 that also gives +2% crit rate and few other quite usefull buffs too (+20% run speed, +40% regen, +25% skillgain on laser/blp/blades, +8% faster reload)
Currently scope has decay per use and ring has no decay at all at the moment. Now at some point ring decay will be implemented but lets compare:
scope decay per shot is: 0,071pec
For:
- 80 att/min weapon its: 3.40ped decay/h
- 60 att/min weapon its: 2.55ped decay/h
- 40 att/min weapon its: 1.70ped decay/h
- 20 att/min weapon its: 0.85ped decay/h
I really doubt "best" rings will decay more than 5ped/h so you can see that on fast weapons Summer Ring might be still valid or mayby better option than Scope even when decay on rings is intoduced.
Summer Rings go for about 25-28k at the moment just to point this out.
Personally i would not pay more than 50k for Mk.II Scope. But i guess people with stronger than mine setup may be willing to pay more.

just to add: scope will give +2% crit rate only on one weapon. If you are using multiple weapons (for example Arso TEN and finisher) then Ring will increase crit rate on those too. Thats another point favoring Summer.
