Price Check on Shops

Hi Guys, I need the price check on

Twin Peak Mall Shops, Port Atlantis Mall Shops, Deer Mall, Omegaton and Genesis Shops

I know it depends on location and item point

so maybe you can refer to the price as how much ped per item point for the above shops and if near tp or not near tp.

Lowest price for a small shop at any mall that I have seen is 12k about a year ago to give you an idea. Genesis booths with 10 items were selling at 6k - 8k depending on proximity to tp, item count and etc and then the 8-month bug happened. They are now running ok but price might fluctuate.

If I'd be doing this, I would ask myself how much I need to sell to recoup my investment and the previous owner why they didn't.

I paid 17k for my TP Mall shop. Floor one, shop 2 right by front door. I like the location... but TP Mall is not what it used to be. I would stay out of the malls if I could - Calypso needs other shop options.
