As everyone is well aware EU desperately needs more use for sweat,
but ones that don't give too much advantage - since it is free after all.
I think a super opportunity would be add sweat powered motor-cycles, this leaves all flying / boating / passenger carrying type items still requiring oil, so won't cut into that.
Also on the plus side, new players can get to places on their own, some of their sweat is lost to driving around, they will stay in the game longer when they see how big it is, and the longer they stay the better it is for everyone.
Then there's more use for repair tools for people to skill on, more use for welding wire, more use for sweat to make the wire, it's a win-win-win situation.
