Help: Traveling to Monria > Crash after teleport

Good afternoon fellow Entropians,

I have encountered an issue when i arrived to Monria space station, i wanted to teleport to Monria, asked me to download the map, all went well, downloaded map and tried to teleport again.

When i teleported and the loading process begun, the client crashed.

Since then everytime i try to login my client crashes, cannot login anymore.

For almost 4 days i am waiting an answer from Entropia Support Team but nobody is answering to my support case.

Did anyone of you get this issue also?

Anyone know a solution?

I redownloaded the map, i updated the video drivers, nothing worked.

I have no idea what to do. PLS HAELP!!

I had the same issue, but I was already on Monria.
I resetted the graphics settings in the launcher.

Tools -> Graphics -> Reset.

I hope this helps.

Edit: I also ran the launcher as administrator. Dunno if this is necessary.

Fastest solution: send another support case under financial - deposit. They read this with priority lol.
Ask them to TP you back to calypso

I opened a new case under " stuck " category. Maybe they will reply now.

Also i tried opening the client as admin, that did not work either, also i tried to reset graphics > did not work.
