Hi, can someone please explain what the mean of these global messages is, i.e, Joe blogs kill creature a old, 102 ped and Jane doe manufactured explosive rounds 200 ped, dose it mean that Joe blogs got 102 ped for killing the creature and if so how do I get paid for killing them and Jane doe makes 20 rounds ammo worth 200 ped.

Yes, it means someone killed a creature and looted stuff worth 102 PED. Or manufactured, or mined.

It's not a salary, just an out of the ordinary loot. You can kill hundreds or thousands of creatures and not get a high loot like that.
