PVP 3 radar still off?

Is it just me or is PVP3 radar still off? Did not the patch notes say that it was enabled as well as PVP4 :scratch2:
 
Nevermind it seems its on now, tried to relog and re-enter many times yesterday but radar was still off. Now when logging in inside pvp3 I have radar on :)
