Rocktropia Enhancer Book?!?

Made my little annual planet to planet hop the last couple of days to grab xmas gifts and restock on various BP books I've tted when peds were low... found a Rocktropia Enhancer book in the Technician that won't take Enhancer BPs... are there BPs that go in this thing (like how rt has it's own vehicle book, etc.) or is this just another useless item from Rocktropia that has no functionality?

Was hoping maybe there were plans for planet specific type enhancer stuff...

I wonder if anyone ever noticed the bp books from all other planets - don't work like the caly ones do. Maybe if they notice it might get fixed. It ain't completely broke but WTF?

Yes caly and ark blueprint books are well done....for the rt books..this is a mess...some blueprints are in wron book,no titles in slots , many blueprints not in pool or not discovered in the last years...

you can also put same blueprints more than 1 time into the books...

Crafting is already dead on rt because or various reasons...the blueprints/mats/books is only 1 of them..
