Login Problems - BEWARE - Don't keep using your gold card!

There are login server problems when server hit midnight. If you use your gold card too much, you will lock your gold card out.

It isn't just me. Several have this problem.

Support case submitted.

EDIT: This is a gold card problem.

yeah i just lost connection and now cant login , Internal Error box pops up .

Same.. Logged out, can't log back in. Reboot router thinking it might be the issue, but still no go.

Guess that means we're supposed to be out partying for the New Year.. :laugh:
 
holy crap,

i looked on ark forum since i was logged off on ark... i should have checked PCF first.

i think i used my gold card a little too much, and hope i'll be able to resycro again..

support file created,

thanks 5$, i thought was only my personal problem.

Logged out to reboot because my machine slows to a crawl running the game if I don't reboot often. Now I am getting the internal error and can't get back in.

already tried 10 times.
pvp4 gibnibs are lucky tonight can't kill them while drinking.
 
Least with it affecting a lot of folks, we might get a resolution soon. :D

Same here.... lol.. I even went to the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game... :)

well i hope they will not use the short way to disable gold card and reset the passwords to 01234 :scratch2:
 
Same error for me.
Tried logging in too many times, I probably locked out my gold card ... crap! :eyecrazy:

Can't log-in to game, can't log in to my account so I can't even file a support ticket.

Are we sure a government isn't running the game as practice?

Don't need to use your gold card to file a support case.
 
Just got back from vacation and drinking wine with the Mrs, was hoping to get online and liquidate some loot for a big purchase...
