Hello,

i want to ask is it worth to buy a 100% finish [Explosive Projectiles Blueprint I] for 10 PED and more or is it better to use a normal one?

If you can get any QR 100 BP for 10 ped, use that instead always for anything. You will save more then 10 ped in the time it takes you to get the BP to level 100 for any BP.
