What I could guarantee: 100-200 weekly globals (good for promoting LA)

Awesome spawn to maximize turnover
1.8k min hp on mob (mbe a little lower is OK too)
1$ per global (and 1% from uberhofs) on paypal
4% (or lower) tax, could mbe go for 5%
