All weapons built the same?

I was using Omegaton Igni L1011 (L) and usually tiered up between 1.7 to 2.4 b4 I burnt them out. The last one I used after around tier 2 it shot up to 4.1. It seamed like every time I took a shot,it would jump a %. Plus on that same run I got 7 globs form Trox. Not big ones but I never had that many on a Trox run b4.
I just get lucky or are they different from different builders?

look at tiers in item info screens. Higher numbers tier faster, in theory.

Your right... The one that tiered high did have the higher #..I shoulda new that..

Also, getting Tiers on your weapon doesn't mean anything unless you fill the slots with enhancers. Tiers alone doesn't improve the gun.

Oh yeah.. I had it filled up damage and it was kikn ass pretty good..
