I lost my Gold Card Reader, and I sent in a support case over 2 weeks ago asking how to get a new one, but they never responded! (I got an e-mail saying they got my message and usually respond within 48 hours)...
The forums are usually a better source for help anyway, so can someone tell me what to do?
