Selling: 3% of my shares in Twin Peaks Bank

I am selling up to 3% of my shares in Twin Peaks bank. Each share is 1%, therefor I am offering 3 shares. Each share pays roughly 79 PED/month average. There is a Google Docs spreadsheet which tracks payments. Divinity has always paid in a timely manner. The transaction would be conducted through Divinity.

Price per share: 7.5K non negotiable.
Total for all 3: 22.5K
