Fails....

Are they on my end or the entropia server.. I been getting a hell of a lot of them lately.
Or is every one getting a lot of them ?

Most likely neither but in between, at the intermediary servers. Many people say that they have great ISPs and no problems in other games but still have fails in EU, then there are other people who never see fails at all.

Not been seeing a lot of them, but occasionally it happens. Only thing you can do yourself if it gets too much is pull the power plugs of your modem, router and switches in your house, in case any of them is in some kind of bugged state. Then plug them back in again.

Support will direct you to a program called pingplotter and an address to check with it...

Fail messages are most packet loses into network, short say any network problems.
Or a long ping.

If you use WiFi, it happen a lot more as trough a cable.

I think I found the problem. There are posts online about Zayo.com and bad latency
