Kill 10 k mobs in biodome in rt and you will dpawn a tamable pet;) need 14 lvl of tamer. I bet you can find to loan or buy entrance (antifote) from such ppl as lightstar or strongsoul, they are really cool guys.

You forgot to mention to kill them between server reboots and to hope someone else doesn't grab it while you do :)
