Question: What does "Dominance" do exactly?

Basically less whipping is required as it's 4% easier to gain respect of the mob being tamed. Therefore you should reach the "attempt tame" quicker than using a whip without dominance.

Being able to tame quicker is not the same thing as loot returns though. That is what ever MA "allows" or wants it to be.
