I am currently looking for someone to help me cycle more while hunting.
After this quest I want to hunt mobs with more HP and need DPS support.
I'm in need for hunting supporter, if you meet the requirements post here.

I can either hire you or partner up and you help me with quests either way.
If I hire see rules posted below but if partnering up most rules won't apply.
There is currently no limit on the number of people to help out for this role.

*Gear Required*
(Any setup mentioned below is allowed but priority will be based on DPS.)

Ares Ring Improved - Is definitely required to be considered for this role.

*Hire Rules*
  • Candidates need to provide a 50 PED deposit to deter scammers.
  • Candidates are closely monitored, if any issues will forfeit deposit.
  • Candidates will need to provide the following breakdowns per run;
    Ammo & Offence Decay (Disallowed: armour, plates & healing tools).
  • Candidates need to allow me to tag/ finish mobs to obtain quest pts.
  • Candidates if should receive any loot must be traded when requested.
  • Candidates can only shoot mobs once you have entered into my team.
  • Candidates will need to communicate with me via my discord channel.
  • I also require a reference from someone of suitable standing.
    (This is to avoid any risk involved, being taken on my part.)
    • Society Leader
    • EU Veteran
    • Mentor
*Partner Rules*
  • Partners need to allow me to tag/ finish mobs to obtain quest pts.
  • Partners if should receive any item loot must be split 50/50 of TT.
  • Partners can only shoot mobs once you have entered in the team.
  • Partners need to communicate with me through my discord group.
Ps: I have the right to change any rules mentioned above at any time.
Pps: If there is anything that is not made clear please ask in this thread.
Ppps: Hunting will take place on Planet Calypso and is a long term project.

I have some questions.
What will be your setup for your own DPS?

What amount is it that your offering the person you hire, ped/hr? ped per run?, etc

If they partner with you instead, are you also paying them or is the loot they get their fee?

If the latter, you say that any item loot received by the partner must be split with you 50/50...if your doing the kill to get the points, generally you would have done enough to get more damage so therefore should be the one getting higher items if you put it to share based on damage done. Shouldn't they then be entitled to the full item they get if they are partnering with you? or are you going to share your item as well 50/50?
Its understandable if you don't get an item and they do that it should be split, but since this is low DPS help, you should be the one doing more damage correct?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the player that does the most damage to a creature will get the point(s) for the kill.

Tagging and finish allows for me to deal more dmg, likewise seeing as my own gun is a Chon.

Chon + A101 is my main gun setup with Ares.

Candidates get to play for free, plus any skills.

Partners their loot is their fee, as they're assisting.

I will also be sharing any items I loot by 50/50.

If both use Chon + A101 same dps hence the priority.

No higher dps needed, but require the quest points.

What are you planning to hunt?

It may help people decide, if they need armor / have appropriate armor, etc.

Seeing as I never knew certain quests were added to the game for CALYPSO.

I will be trying to cycle on Kerberos Providers or Argonaut Scout/Olds and also healing will be provided by myself so no armour will be needed.

All hired help will be given ammo to shoot, free to play for as long as I am able too provide ammo, free skills, friendly chat, and if possible a share of any potential profits (not guaranteed nor decided upon).

For partners this is self explanatory, so team loot rules always apply such as items splits etc. The only issue is my playing hours, they are a bit erratic due to IRL circumstances, so role requires flexibility!

If you are partnering up, meaning I do not pay your ammo or decay you get 50/50 split off the items. However this is not applicable if I am hiring you for dps support, team settings are on looter takes all.

Which I have found works best for this arrangement, you pay the 50ped deposit and this wont be required as often once trusted, unless of course the team settings changes to dmg shared.

All your gear has to be fully repaired and I now know the exact total decay per person per run and roughly when your gear should break, any funny business you forfeit 50ped deposit or non payment.

If using Chon+A101 you need 33 ped ammo, I will tag so hunting goes smoothly and not too many mobs are being aggro'd and doing the finishing shots to obtain the quest point but also maintain good eco.

Ps: So far have had no complaints from any person who has taken my hunting offer.
