EMW leaves EU giving away thousands of dollars at Twin.

He made a post with his account on another forum saying not to worry and that he is fine, but if some one could give him a call that would be very kind... I do trust him tho and if he says he is alright I trust him there as well


I'm still a bit shaken by what has happened, and from earlier experiences I do know some people say they are fine to get rid of the questions just so they don't have to deal with it... But.. Yeah if some one could contact him, please do... :(

And I appreciate those who have tried to at least remove names etc used elsewhere in posts that would not comply with this forum's rules.

However, let me be clear, this former member was permanently banned here for repeated rule violation, not as a 'self-requested' deactivation. And when members are banned from this forum they lose the privilege of having their views and opinions posted here.

I mean forum rules ok, no quotes, no links.
Thats alright but aren't we even allowed to talk about someone who got banned with our own opinion? That would really be a terrible thing...

Maybe he was a high lvl player but without a clear mind (stoned) so i dont have something to discuss here...so i hope the best for him and to be safe in RL, also agreed if someone can contact him to do it asap...:yup:

I agree with Rick here ..I the one that got peds from Rick that he got from EMW to give to me.
It was a sad ewening ewen if i got some peds, i do hope all is good with EMW and as others posted it seem to be ok with him thank god.
I saw him logg in to the stream when i just woke up and thought cool i have a look at it and got in to this cracy ewent. I then was on another planet and didnt think i was going to caly atm but we talked in the stream chat and he said he had some peds for me if i come there, cos of my missfortune with a evil amp i had some years ago he liked to give that to me and cos he thought i was a good guy. So i went there and got the peds of Rick thx alot btw Rick.

This was a epic ewent for sure and EMW made a statement thats a fact i have no doubts that it was him self doing this and he is ok with it to i belive. I cant say i know him so good but the times i had something to do with him he was allways a nice decent guy.
I did hesitate a bit to take the peds but i am a poor guy and did se how he was giving away all that peds in the stream so i agreed to it i feel a bit bad about the peds but more bad about he leaving tbh.

Tyvm EMW for all the good times we had and the peds u gave me i hope u are ok and have no regreats with this m8.

For ur info he said he hadent used drugs in 2 years...
 
he probably did that becoz he was expecting a permaban from Mindark after the revelation he did
So he prefered giving away the stuff than have it lost.

It is really fucking sad to get there.

The thing is once u made revelations that far there is no turning back.
Many people in entropia know things, but revealing it, especially if you have no physical proof, is dangerous for yourself.
 
There are situations where you can take your rules and stick them where the sun don't shine. If this isn't a place to express yourself if you have something to say about what took place or a message for the person(s) involved, then what is. Apply some sense for heaven's sake. Or even better go play instead.
 
EMW was the kindest person I've ever met in Entropia. There was always this mellow sadness in him. Carefully hidden, never expressed, always there. But I'm not a psychic, it's just my subjective impression nothing more.
Anyway, because of this I couldn't not like the guy. For those who know The Expanse, EMW was Miller. He also passionately hated unfairness in the world just like Miller.
I have my own explanations for the events he describes, somewhat more tolerant/less radical... but that's just me, so it doesn't count here.

EMW had his truth and he never compromised with it. You have to respect people like him. :yup:


In the Expanse Miller died and resurrected. Who knows, maybe someday a miracle happens...?

I go on vacation for one weekend and this crazy shit happens.

Clearly there was no way for him to substantiate his claims.. so I imagine this was his way of trying to show us he was serious.

It's sad day for EU, but this player has had his ramblings and moments more than once. Seems he was serious this time.

The first avatar name was more fitting.

I only knew him as EMW (abbrv.)

Am sure EMW knows exactly what 100,000 Peds are.

Not entirely sure if it was just some arguments with certain people, would make one want to give away $10,000 in an hour. He had a point to make, and he made it with his mind-set at the time.

And I care if he's alright, if you don't, well, we know who has some morals.

Yes.

For as long as EMW has played EU he has given away PED and items. He likes doing it. From what I understand about him, he is very well to do IRL financially, and the amount of money he keeps in game isn't important to him.

As far as him leaving... I'm not convinced.

Maybe this episode ranks on the top 20 list of EMW's EU related tantrums/blow-ups but that's probably about it.

He has always had a flair for the dramatic. He is a very polarizing figure. If you know him, you either love him or you hate him. For me its the latter. Since he cant post to defend himself I wont elaborate, plus this forum isn't a place for personal disputes.

Well yes who did this before ?! Nobody ! And I'm sure that wasn't for attention, just the last drop. And I'm sure that he won't come back, because this will make him seem a clown after last night and people will start throw mud on him and I don't believe that he is that kind of person to accept this.
As Fort said the only attention he wanted to get is for showing the truth , to help us open the eyes.
Well now anybody can believe what he wants , nobody obligate nobody .
From my side all respect for him !



PS : I didn't had the "chance" to get anything from him . I followed all on forums.but for me it was not nice to go and shoot him for ped! Even if was his wish , for me was just like a public humiliation.
