I would like to sell 2 Land areas la02 Atrox paradise and la40 Atrox valley.
I unfortunatly dont have the time to login like I used too, these lands need a fresh owner willing to run events and advertise
La02 Atrox paradise has 3 x Atrox DNA all set to young, plus small natural allophyl spawn on the North beach permanent custom global messages in chat and shed deed
La40 Atrox valley has 4 x Atrox DNA. Set to spawn Guard-Oa for higher lvl Missions, permanent custom global messages in chat and shed deed. This land also has a FULL service station to the N of the land area.
All the decorations, statues etc at the sheds will be left in place
Idealy both lands should be sold together to keep all 8 of these DNA together

If sold together you get One Atrox DNA also, BO 490k. This is what i paid for them
Peds only no cld aud or items. Please no silly offers
These are nice active lands and have been for many years.
