The gun needs no introduction i would imagine. Nothing better out there for events and for the right person can make back the money in 2 years or less.

It is Tier 3.6, non of those ubers felt it had any potential and couldn't be bothered tiering it up. Buy it now at 500K, just imagine what it would be worth at Tier 10!! ;)

McCormick was too busy filming movies and could not be bothered skilling-up in PE. Therefore MA lowered the requirements for him ... :yay:

I suppose what you mean is a 400k valuation and you pay for the remaining 70% that you don't own?. So 280k for 70% of the terminator, right?

I'll let the group decide whether this is an acceptable SB or we want higher to start with. Thanks for offer.
