1% is 1%

negative: no combination with mod viceroy
positive: using with any armor u like (or None), tradeable

negative: only 1 in game (1m/1f)

i would value it 40k+

Edit:
Since I forgot that you Can wear 5 parts EST... i would add 10k to my valuation..
