Hello everyone!
On June 13th, the Entropia Universe discord channel will be officially 1 year old. Over the last 12 months, we have grown together as a family and you can argue that we are one of the best 'unofficial' societies when it comes to chat activity in game. We have had weekly hunts that have brought in copious amounts of ped at times, or equal amounts of heartache in other times but we always had a blast. From drunk stream adventures to 5$'s raunchy statements, the discord channel has seen it all. We have 2 admins (myself and supapres), 6 moderators, and over 250 active members (We have had over 600 people join the channel but we recently pruned the list for inactive members) participating in the chat today. From our active members, we have had over 5 disciples graduate that I can remember off the top of my head, 3 of which have breached the level 50 mark already. We have had 3-4 new job or big promotions (myself included) IRL with the encouragement and guidance from our fellow discord members, and we also host some mega ubers like Joda, Xpl0jd, AtomicStorm, SnowLeapord, and others whom have been verified by Admins.
I have been very proud of the chat and am always happy to tune in to the latest conversation going on in the channel, and I hope that you will join in as well if you haven't done so already. If you aren't in a society or you are lacking the interaction you once might have had with others in the game, then you should definitely give the discord a try. It is accessible by web browser and mobile apps, or you can download the desktop app as well.
That being said, the Entropia Universe discord team has donated ~500 PED of AUDs into the Arkadian Alliance event hosted by Atomicstorm on his Arkadia land areas. These prizes are weekly highest single loot bonus prizes to his already generous rewards and we hope that you can win some extra PED this month on his land areas, courtesy of the Discord team. All we ask in return is to have fun and to join us in the discord chat, so this time next year we can celebrate 500 or 1000 members in the Discord.
