Failed, failed, failed, failed???

Folks, since last Friday I get zillions of "failed". I thought it is due to an weekend overload but it proceeds.
Do some1 else have the same problem?
And do I spend ammo/decay when I get "failed"?
 
Yes on ammo sometimes but not often. Usually it's server or client lag
 
Connection lost is also back after a long time being gone.
 
Try out a lower connection setup. Also clean the cashed shaders. Some times it help.

Every time I have had this problem, it was because another program and/or windows was using the internet connection. The absolute worst one seems to be OneDrive, which I now exit or pause when in game.
