Question: Is there UL sword average dmg ~20-25 amped, maxed at lvls ~15 and eco with amp ~2,930 or better?

I am using a sword for finishing weapon helping to raise STR, evade and health and amped TT sword worked nice for low level mobs, but moving up requires higher dmg sword.

So, as the title says. Also I don't mind using L swords but the MU of the ELM weapons frustrates me. Castorian Combat EnBlade A seems to have 2,83 ECO even with Melee Amp II.

Ozpyn RSB S1X1. It's a knife, but knives are about as good for your goals (a bit less strength maybe). And it's dirt cheap. Doesn't quite make it even to 2.9 dpp with Melee I though.

As finisher only, try Embra Swords -- slow not very good for hunting regular, but good eco and nice as finisher

Philosopher sword maybe? Cannot be amped though if i remember correctly.
