Help: launcher stuck

Hi,

Since todays patch I can't seem to get online.

I'm running win10 64 bit

What I did was
1. launch client loader.. it patched & when i pressed the launch button, the client loader became unresponsive.
2. Tried to run as admin (same result)
3. rebooted & ran as admin (same result)
4. on supports suggestion reinstalled clientloader as admin (same result)
5. Did uninstall & doing a full installation now.. luckely I have unlimited traffic here. (same result)

Does anyone else have this problem or found a fix for it or has another suggestion?

When I press launch it get's unresponsive right away, not like I get to enter my password.

It's most likely not becouse server is full couse I should've gotten a message about it.

out of idea's to fix this
made a support case now & contacted support again on website..
Was another person who replied as yesterday but they knew about my issue so that's a possitive note to mention.

create new shortcut :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Entropia Universe\bin64\Entropia.exe --run

Same issues with the launcher on my side as well.

Tried that - no joy.

Same for me but after many close/ open the client start again to download data form VU...so looks like me , u dont have download all VU data...

done that, & it did keep dl a few times, now it doesn't anymore..
just check for updates & then hangs

omg, after 20 more tries I got in
it did start downloading next island etc once i got in so def something stopping the download in the client launcher.
I informed online support via chat & will wait ingame now till all downloads are done.. then try a relog
If this works.. maybe someone thrustworthy could put a torrent up for those who wonna take the risc & get online

The is the same issue I had yesterday doing the update, had todo a complete reinstall. It crashed again mid way through the install but luckily it worked after a pc restart. Seems to happen a lot lately :/

New patch, same problem

1. go to stroge
2. buy green paint
3. paint a pc to green
4. open a window
5. throw a pc trough a window on grass so none will see it , because it will be green

or delete version.txt , helped for me

remove all your old cache......

C:\ProgramData\entropia universe\public_users_data\shaders\cache

my prefred way to do this is to rename

folder cache -> cache.old

that way if you can restore ..... just an old IT habit
