Question: Dev Posts

I really like the" Dev Post" selection that lets me see if the developers have posted anything recently.

My only complaint is that Bertha Bot is not in it.

Can anyone tell me how to make a advanced search for several users postings like the "Dev Post"?
(I tried but could not work out how to do it)

...or Is it possible to include Bertha Bot (And any other Mindark avatars) in "Dev Posts" from the Forum owners side?

Edit: I allso Dont see why "At Least 1 reply" is a requirement in the "Dev Post"?

The best thing to do if want to see all of Bertha Bot's threads is to search on that 'avatar'

Advanced Search
Select 'Single Content Type' tab
User Name: Bertha Bot
Search Now


That way you can search on recent and old patch notes etc all in one place in reverse chronological order.

I think VBulletin allows you to search on only 1 user name at a time.

So you can do what Mega says and use 2 searches. One is the Dev Post link and the other would be something like this:


Just to add - you can do some fancy stuff like this to get the latest posts without the buying and selling and some other 'fluff' sections.

Yes I am surpriced to see VBulletin allow for only 1 usersearch at the time, and "Dev Posts" only uses clever usernames to circumvent that shortcoming.

My closest approach to include more MA emplyees (and not require "At Least 1 reply"):

Without knowing what you are looking for, we can just lend you nets Ted.

If you want to catch everything, you can write down all the Mindark avatar names who post and then search that way.

Your best bet is probably to ask in General discussion - someone will know.
