BP book still change when you fill them?

IIRC blueprint books changed in style when you filled them up.
I was wondering if this is still the case?
They could go from mundane looking to looking really rich and cool.

Each books designs are pretty similar, but there are some differences, obviously... and I'm not sure every planets do the changes.

P.S. Sorry about the music choices. Blame Monria since I think I shot the video there and that was what they had streaming at the moment.
