Question: What small to medium mob has a chance to get a decent UL weapon?

What mobs still have the possibility to drop a decent UL gun or UL MF attack chip. I'm talking about mobs with under 500 HP preferably.
Any help would be appreciated.
It's not exactly what you want, but old paneleons on Cyrene have 580 hp and drop the xent x3. The 100 hp sky wraiths drop the rsb s1x1, but that's melee. Rare and very rare, of course. There might be others I don't remember.

afaik the smaller paneleons (young i think) drop the xent x2.

smaller paneleons drop both. I looted 3 from them. 2x xent 2 and 1x xent 3
guardian tide claws drop the bigger sword (rlbs1x2), while not a smaller mob, very doable with a long range rifle, because it moves so slow.
you can get kinetic attack nanochip VI (UL) from small Mourners. I looted 2 of them when I was the owner of a mourner landarea.
