Small Plot Deed Hestia / Livas / Ithaca

How much cost a SMALL Deed Plot in any city Hestia / Livas / Ithaca without or with a house on it at the Moment?

I sold one 20x20 unconstructed a few months ago for 4k and I have seen some for less in the auction once in a while. A lot were sold for less than $4k at the beginning so you might find a motivated seller with a low price.

Asking myself 5k for a S plot with a house and garden in Hestia or 7k for S+ without any buildings.
The S plot has 118 XP atm wich is lvl. 2.
