I don't have permission to change this as far as I can tell, but this needs to be added as a property of Clothes as a result of the Vampiric Cloaks as well the new Storm Coats.
As far as I can tell, Trusted Users can do this by modifying the Column Meta Data of the Clothes chart here:

There is also another issue, where Creature Control Capsules cannot be added to loot tables which also needs a Trusted User/Admin's intervention on the same page.
Hopefully somebody sees this who knows how to do this stuff and have priveleges, as I do not have priveleges.
