Based off of this you're looking at a mob with about 600hp that deals about 60 damage as impact damage.
There's a large variety of different skill levels and gear which would allow you to combat this mob, I would say try to get at least around 20-30dps and some armor, maybe with 5B plating, to try to take as little damage as possible, and then use healing pack to heal up the rest of the damage you take if your armor isn't quite big enough to fully resist their damage.
With that said, there is only one spawn that contains Aetherex Young in the game, NW of Jason Centre, and it also contains some large Caudatergus and Gen 01-03 Drones, so you're going to maybe want to take that into consideration.
