i havent received any gift. i also cant find any info about new pills
 
I got booted from lag around 8:00 PM EST last night, logged back in and got the gift. Caly near Osere.

The free A stim-like buff they gave is appreciated :D

Also someone turned into a pumpkin and gave me 5 ped loot on 2 ped spent :p

I got pumpkin and own no estate. I think it depends on how much you deposited as usual?
 
Five neuro-A esque pumpkins and five creature control capsule pumpkins here.
 
used to be estate owners or avas with more than 100 (500$?) deposited that got the third gift, think that's gone now

For how long? My last depo was ~3.5 years ago and I got only one. IIRC I still got both 1.5 years ago; last year I wasn't on Caly at this time.

There seems to be a cut-off either by time or by amount.

Before when I was on break and did not depo for 2 years or more, I still received all gifts as someone who deposited recently. (Where there was a limit you had to pass in the total amount of deposit, and my online time was more or less zero.)
This could have been changed during the years but doubt it since my playtime and deposits are close to 0 for the time being.
 
As has been said, it could be estate owner OR deposited x amount. I got both and i haven't deposited in the last year, but i do own an apartment.

The qualifying criteria hasn't changed regarding Halloween and Christmas gifts in the past 10+ years.
