Something that should be fairly easy to implement:
dashed lines on map for lines between your avatar and next waypoint, selected waypoint, etc.
The little icons on the map now are ok, but for figuring out if you are crossing over LAs, red zones, training grounds in space, etc. nice little dashed arrow between the icon where your avatar is on map and the waypoint might be nice, especially for lengthy journeys where you'll be afk so you want to plot it out before heading off to do some household chores, etc.
Along same line, something more advanced such as auto pay the fee to enter planet after that message shows up for selected planet the wp is on in space might be another little nice add on, etc.
Or alternatively do something similar on planet, such as after arrive at waypoint, drop probe, then proceed to next way point to do same thing, etc.... an advanced auto tool if you will.
