Question: Adjusted/Modified Armor Plates and Smuggler

Hi, I am interested in acquiring the Adj/Mod 5b/6a plates as a longterm goal. And I am aware there is also some Smuggler versions.

Which ones would be the most consistently attainable, and how difficult is it to acquire them without buying them?

How do I even get the Adj/Mod versions, and where do Smugglers come from. Are there other special plates out there such as these?

I appreciate the links, but I don't have any clue where to get those bones. And the limited smuggler armor is not what I was referring to. I saw someone with some unlimited smuggler plates I think it was.
