Estates/Farms does MA no longer care cause they have their money?

Anyone know what is happening with the growing farms/estates.

Are they used? Do end products have any use?

Or has MA forgotten all about it, now they have all their money from selling them?

If I'm not mistaken they came out with fruits that were used to craft weapons before they came out with the ArMatrix series weapons. From a historical perspective I'd say ArMatrix have replaced them and they are now/will become obsolete.

Correct me if im wrong, but weren't the estates "free" as long as you had CLDs?

The land plot, but not to build on them.

free if you have planks for free

The S plot itself was more or less "free" in your meanings, but the bigger ones also included Composite Planks to grab them:
S > -
S+ > 1500 x Composite Plank (1500 ped TT + MU 300%+ at the very beginning)
M > 3000 x Composite Plank
L > 5000 x Composite Plank

And as other told, you also need to pay for the building + garden.

In my view its totaly unaccaptable how MA handles it. The first plots were released on June 15 2015. People payed high ammounts for being the first with the bigger plots and maybe get this bigger investment back for being the first. Now 2.5 years later there is still no use for a S+, M or even the L plot.
Till now its a total waste of investment and another massive destruction of trust.

maybe next time don't fall for the trap?
