Adding tier to an item

This is the screen I get to add materials for tiering, so I cant add 5 different materials
Discovered isn't working neither

You add a tier to the item (remember to add a comment):
If you check the "go to item" box you are taken to:
Then you add the ingredients one by one.
I already created the tier, so you can go to F-106 Tier 7 and start adding ingredients.
If this is not how it works for you, maybe try disabling ad blockers and similar extensions or try a different browser alltogether.
I use Chrome and Firefox and it works on both
