Third Person with Crosshair?

Hiya Entropians,

I like to Play the third Person mode. I saw Videos on YouTube where People Play in third Person and have a crosshair to aim. my question is, how can i Play third Person with crosshair? where can i adjust it? i cant find it at Options menu.

You find it in the Action Library under Control (page 13 ) , Swtich into OTS mode

OTS = Over The Shoulder btw
